Kingston KHX3500/256
Unser erster Testkandidat ist das Kingston KHX3500/256. Dieser Speicher ist im Gegensatz zu unseren nachfolgenden Speichern ein DDR433 SDRAM CL2 Modul.
Als Erstes fällt der ansprechende Passiv-Kühler auf, welcher natürlich neben seinem optischen Effekt aufgrund der guten Kühlleistung vor allem auf gute Übertaktbarkeit hoffen lässt. Der Riegel ist double-sided organisiert, das bedeutet, dass sich auf beiden Seiten vier Chips mit je 32MB befinden. Die Auto-SPD-Timings, auf die wir später noch mal näher eingehen werden, sind 2.0-3-3-7 und die Standardspannung beträgt 2.6 Volt.
